Food studies is a vast and evolving field.<\/h3>\n

Food is everything, but no one has methods and theories that cover <\/span>everything<\/span><\/em>. And much as we say we’re interdisciplinary, that means a lot of different things. A connection-maker and food generalist can help you see and do what isn\u2019t always obvious.<\/span><\/p>\n
